For security reasons, we will ask you for an identity card for any night booking. Payment can be made by credit card, or cash. In the PORTE D'ESPAGNE HOTEL to access your room, it is above all necessary for you to pay in advance...

• [1] Without reservation: the management welcomes you personally
  
  Monday to Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. & 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  Outside of these times, you can check-in via the automatic vending machine (by credit card). You will thus obtain a ticket with the number of your room and your access code
• [2] You did a reservation:
  [2.1] You did a simple reservation( without a CB confirm, or direct payment on the reception)
  Your will be available till 5 p.m. If you might come later, it is compulsory to call the hotel and confirm your reservation with a credit card number. Without news from you, your room will be automatically cancelled
  [2.2] You have chosen a guaranteed reservation (COMPULSORY DURING THE HIGH SEASON)
  You communicate your type of bank card (we cannot accept American Express cards), the number, its expiry date on your booking call and the three last numbers behind the card. Your room will be guaranteed till 9.00 p.m (time that the hotel close). If you might arrive later, please call the hotel the day that you have to come to warn the management . Be careful, a hand-written confirmation by fax or mail is compulsory during the high season....
  By advance payment at the hotel In these two cases, the manager will give you a reservation number. If you arrive between 6:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., our manager will welcome you personally. If you arrive later, you can communicate your booking number to our automatic vending machine, which will deliver you a ticket with your room number and your access code.
  
  
• [3] You wish to cancel your reservation
  
  We thank you for informing us as quickly as possible about your cancellation. If you chose a guaranteed reservation and you have to cancel it. The latest you can warn us is the day before your arrival. After this time, the first night will be invoiced to you and the rest of your reservation will be automatically cancelled. During the high season you have to inform us at least the day before your arrival with a letter with acknowledgement of delivery.
• [4] Elongation of your residence
  If our hotel is not complete, we are pleased to elongate your time of residence. Please contact the reception till 11:00 a.m. for possible availability. In the case, we will hand out you your new access code.
• [5] If you need to stop your stay you will have to contact the reception till 11:00 a.m. to ensure the cancellation.
  
• [6] Are prohibited in rooms
  It is not allowed to use or store bottle of gas, candles, incense, stoves, kettle, bicycles, surfboards and any kind of cumbersome things in the hotel. Cooking is strongly forbidden.
  Instructions have to be respected for the wellbeing of all.
  Any observation of disappearance or deterioration will be invoiced.
  
  The hotel reserves the right of all procedures.
